Shipping policy

 SHIPPING: Insurance will be included with shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. All items will be safely wrapped. Once the system indicates the item has been picked up and the postal service has it, Gifted Hands is not responsible for shipping damages nor delays by carrier. If your item isn't delivered or it arrives damaged, you can open a claim with USPS and email Gifted Hands.

• DO NOT MICROWAVE 
• DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER
• DO NOT USE ABRASIVE DETERGENTS OR SPONGE
• DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR TUMBLER TO EXTREME HEAT/COLD TEMPERATURES  (EX:  freezer, hot vehicle, by fire) 
• DO NOT DROP (this can cause your tumbler to break, crack, or chip)
